Great fell running, mountain biking and orienteering!
I spent Saturday up in Weardale with Shane Ohly, having a good reccee of the iROC race venue. I was really impressed - a great location, wide open moorland with great trails, climbs and descents.

I am helping to plan the mountain biking and there are going to be two mountain bike races - one on the Saturday night and another on the Sunday. I was really impressed with the riding and running and am really excited to be helping to plan the iROC - a new kind of adventure race in a fantastic area!
