With a mini adventure to Lanzarote behind me ( Chilling out, Training and helping out with the Ironman ) work started on converting my van into my home where i plan to live for the remaining of 2009's summer............
The plan ( rough one!! )
Sailing out to Bilbao ( northern Spain ) on the 10th June. Surfing the coast into France with a friend from school. Anna is flying out on the 4th July and road tripping over the Pyrenees with me and then racing around Lake Annecy on the 12th. Up to the italian dolimites for some high attitude training before returning to france to view some of the Tour de france ( Go lance!! )
Following the World mountain running grand prix for the next month including a trip over to Norway!! Trans Alps, Commonwealth mountain running trials and other mountain races in the pipe line.. All gearing up for a fantastic summer living the dream..
